Annika's Ginger Snaps

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp molasses
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
a dash of cardamom


Directions:
1.    Bake 10-12 min at 350F
2.    Mix all ingredients together
3.    Let “rest” in fridge
4.    Make a small boll roll it in sugar
Flatten with a glass
