3 dl heavy Cream
3 dl Sugar
2 dl Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix sugar syrup, heavy cream and cocoa powder
2. Let it boil on low until temp reaches 120C
3. Add butter plus vinegar at the end
4. Pour on grease parchment paper
Cut into squares before it hardens
