Pyttipanna is the Swedish name for Hash. It is a dish you make from leftover Potroast dinners. This blog is like a "pyttipanna" a place where we will mix and gather well proven recipes, family favorites and new uncharted ones!
1 sprig Rosemary
1 lemon use only the peel
10 black peppers
65 % Vodka
35 % Dry Medium Sherry
1. Mix everything together let sit for 24 hours,
2. Remove lemon peel, rosemary and black peppar
3. Drink!
